Statements from WFM
The statements have different appearance than they used to, but they are still from Wilson Family Medicine. If you have a question regarding the statement you have received or would like to pay your balance over the phone, please call the number on your statement. As always you are more than welcome to bring your statement in and pay at the office. Online bill pay through the patient portal will be available once the portal is up.
Statements for Laboratory Services
If you have received a bill from the laboratory for your lab services and believe they were billed in error, please bring in your lab bill and we will see if it can be rebilled. We cannot guarantee your lab services will be covered as the doctors are ordering the labs as they believe they are necessary for your condition.
