Pay Your Bill Online
As of February 2024, we have enabled online payments for outstanding patient bills. We process these payments online through Stripe, one of the largest online payment processing companies. Pay your bill online with Stripe.
Pay Over The Phone
If you prefer to pay your bill over the phone, please call our main line, (850) 219-2273. If you leave us a voicemail, we will give you a call back as soon as possible.
Pay By Mail
If you prefer to mail a check or your credit card information, please detach the top information portion of the statement and mail it to us.
Pay In Person
If you prefer to pay your bill in person, you can always come into the office and pay the invoice.
